Group donates to ChalleNGe Academy

For the past several years, the Alpha Iota Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma International has provided books and Amazon gift cards to the cadets at Texas ChalleNGe Academy.

Since the students are away from their phones, computers, and other electronic devices for 22 weeks, books provide them with a sense of escape and relaxation.

These funds are raised in memory of Glenda Lopez Beall and support the Beall Library at TCA.

Mrs. Beall was a lifelong educator, the first English teacher at TCA, and a member of the Alpha Iota Chapter. The cadets and staff greatly appreciate the donations.
