JOHN NOSKA

John Dillion Noska, 28, of Rock Island, Texas passed away unexpectedly Monday, Oct. 10, 2023 in Pearland, Texas.

John was born on April 15, 1995 in Houston to Jimmy & Carol (Greak) Noska. He graduated from Columbus High School in 2013 and began working for HEB for 5 years. After his time at H-E-B, John went on to work for his parents as a driver for their company, Noska Trucking.

John had a love for 18-wheelers and what he did and took great pride in making his parents proud. John had a great personality, a loving heart, and was a perfect example of a hard worker. On weekends John enjoyed going to his land in Boca Chica to sit by the water and relax with his favorite drink, Twisted Tea.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents; Willie & Helen Noska, Johnny & Dorothy Greak and Uncles Donald Wayne Greak, and Jerry Greak.

John is survived by his parents, Jimmy & Carol Noska; brother, Joshua Noska all of Rock Island, Fiancé, Chelsea McCarty of Bay City. Uncles and Aunts; Doyle and Gae Anne Noska of Columbus, Billy and Sharon Noska of Hallettsville, Tommy Noska of Houston, Clarence and Linda Noska of Houston, Sherill and Tammy Noska of North Carolina, Anton & Dorothy Bunjoch of Sheridan, and James & Mary Lou Frenzel of Rock Island.

Numerous cousins and friends also survive.

A visitation with the family will be held at Henneke Funeral Home in Columbus, Texas on Thursday, Oct. 19, 2023 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. A funeral service will follow at Henneke Funeral home in Columbus, Texas on Friday, Oct. 20, 2023 at 11 a.m. with Pastor Calvin Harris, officiating.

The family would like to thank each and every one who has kept them in their thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
