AUGUST 4, 2023
At 8:45 am Cpt. Alley responded to the 600 block of Spring St in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given.
At 9:44 am Det. Moulder responded to the 500 block of Spring St in reference to an escort.
At 10:00 am Ofc. Wilson responded to the 1600 block of Back St in reference to a 911 hang-up. Officer arrived and learned it was accidental.
At 12:40 pm Ofc. Wilson responded to the 1200 block of Austin St in reference to a city ordinance violation. After further investigation, all was found to be in order.
At 6:39 pm Ofc. Godfrey responded to the 1100 block of Walnut in reference to an unwanted person. The subject was located, issued a criminal trespass warning, and removed from the property.
AUGUST 6, 2023
At 2:19 Ofc. Kent responded to the 2200 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a welfare concern. After further investigation Enrique Guerrero Medina of Columbus was arrested for Pubic Intoxication and was transported to the Colorado County Detention Center.
At 7:05 pm Cpl. Mayfield responded to the 800 block of Live Oak in reference to a civil matter. Advice was given, At 10:33 pm Ofc. Kent responded to the 200 block Texas Ave in reference to suspicious activity. After further investigation, all was found to be in order.
AUGUST 7, 2023
At 12:07 am Ofc. Kent responded to the 800 block of Walnut in reference to a suspicious vehicle. The vehicle was located and all was found to be in order.
At 3:50 pm Det. Moulder responded to the 1500 block of Montezuma in reference to an escort.
At 11:21 pm Ofc. Kent responded to the 2100 block of Milam in reference to a suspicious person. The subject was located an all was found to be in order.
AUGUST 8, 2023
At 2:00 am Ofc. Kent responded to the 2400 block of Hwy 71 in reference to a suspicious vehicle. The vehicle was gone upon arrival.
At 8:30 am Ofc. Wilson responded to the 1900 block of Milam in reference to an animal complaint. The animal was located and taken to the city pound.
At 11:26 am Cpl. Blair responded to the 100 block of Railroad Ave in reference to suspicious activity. Information was received case pending.
At 12:40 am Ofc Wilson responded to the 600 block of Preston St in reference to Burglary. Information was received, case pending.
AUGUST 9, 2023
At 12:40 pm Ofc. Wilson responded to the 2200 block of Walnut in reference to a civil matter, Advice was given.
At 5:00 pm Lt. Daniel responded to the 500 block of Wallace St in reference to a vehicle complaint. The vehicle was located and removed from the property.
7:55pm Ofc. Neumann responded to the 1000 block of New World Dr in reference to a possible disturbance. After further investigation the subjects were located, separated, and removed from the property.
AUGUST 10, 2023
At 7:40 am Ofc. Wilson responded to the 900 block of Walnut St in reference to a vehicle accident. A crash report was completed.
At 8:30 am Ofc. Wilson responded to the 2000 block of Milam in reference to an escort.
At 1:10 pm Ofc. Wilson responded to the 1600 block of Fannin in reference to an unwanted person. The subject was gone upon arrival.
At 2:45 pm Ofc. Wilson responded to the 600 block of Spring St in reference to a scam. Information was received.
At 8:35 pm Ofc. Neumann responded to the 1500 block of Montezuma St in reference to an animal complaint. The animal was located and all was found to be in order.
