RJHS Raiders split games against Palacios

The Rice Junior High football teams traveled to Palacios on Thursday, Sept. 14th.

The seventh-grade team was victorious with a final score of 36-6. The offensive standout was Ta’rell Tarver, and the defensive standout was Trevor Powell.

The eighth-grade team lost a close one 6-0. The offensive standout was Duran Amos, and the defensive standout was Gabe Barrios. Both teams gave great effort and competed well.
