COLUMBUS — The Columbus Cardinals recognized their homecoming court prior to Friday’s football game on Sept. 22 against Hargrave. The freshman duke was Sean Sutton and the duchess was Lanie Orsak. The sophomore court was represented by Ian Ruvalcaba and Chelsea Vasquez, and the juniors were Will Fitzgerald and Andreanna Shropshire.
The homecoming seniors were represented by princes Jackson Hancock and Trinity Thompson while the princesses were Ivy Mueller and Jaleighia Wilson.
Ty’Vone Whitehead and Jayda Ramirez were chosen as this year’s homecoming king and queen after last year’s winners, Conner Geisler and Mayson Post, bestowed the respective crowns and sashes on the new winners as part of Columbus custom.
