The Hound Song Brewing Company played the host for the Columbus Historical Preservation Trust’s fundraiser: Santa’s Vacation. The proceeds went toward the preservation and upkeep of the Santa’s museum in Columbus.
The event was free of charge as funds were raised with donations for the Hawaiian shirt contest featured at the event. Participants entered into the contest with a donation as they hoped to be chosen as the event’s top entry. Event goers purchased tickets to vote for their favorite entries. Paul Wegenhoft was chosen as the child contest winner while Steven McCullough won the adult contest.
Along with the Hawaiian shirt contest, the event also featured games, an appearance from Santa and activities for the children.
