JUNE 14

Marquan Alexander Wilson, 29, Missouri City, unlawfully carrying weapon. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days county jail. Credit for 415 days, no fine.

DeVaughn Malike Hahn, driving while intoxicated 2nd offense. Defendant charge was amended to class A driving while intoxicated blood alcohol level greater than or equal to 0.15. Defendant was sentenced to 365 days jail, 2 years probation, 1 year driver license suspension, DWI classes, victim impact, Interlock device, 25 hours community service plus assessed $1000 fine.

Darvin Christopher Ashton, 33, Columbus, assault causes bodily injury family violence. Defendant was sentenced to 325 days jail.

Juan Antonio Carrillo, 29, Eagle Lake, assault causes bodily injury family violence. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days jail.

Terrence Orlando Carter, Jr., 27, Eagle Lake, count 1 resisting arrest search or transport, count 2 driving while license invalid with previous conviction/suspension without fine/ restitution. Defendant was sentenced to 1 year deferred adjudication plus assessed $250 fine and court costs on each count.
