COLUMBUS FISHERS COMPETE AT STATE

A few Columbus bass fishers got an opportunity to hit the water for the Texas High School Bass Association’s State Tournament representing their team on Lake Sam Rayburn on May 20 and May 21. William Wilburn and Kaleb Kuhn were the fishers competing for the Columbus based angler team. The fishers weighed in at a two-day total of 10.26 pounds. Kuhn and Wilburn competed as one of 207 teams that went head-to-head at the state championship event.
