FRIDAY, DECEMBER 9

At 9:06 a.m., Jeffery Argo was dispatched to Larry’s Garage in Garwood in reference to possible Credit Card Abuse. The activity is in dispute at this time. Case will be cleared unless further action becomes necessary.

At 11:03 a.m., Jeffery Argo was dispatched to meet with a complinant at the Lemur in Altair in reference to a Theft of property that was scrapped. The complainant is the caretaekr of the property. After further investigation, it was determined the items scrapped were not part of the estate. Case cleared by report.

At 4:05 p.m., Randy Mican contacted a complainant in reference to possible Theft of construction tools and a low boy trailer in Sheridan that belonged to a contractor. There has been no report of a Theft by the propery owner (contractor). The incident is an ongoing civil matter over the construction of a Barndominium. Case cleared by report.

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 10 At 3:09 p.m., Jeffery Argo was dispatched to a dog bite on Struss Lane in Columbus. The dog owner was identified ad current on vaccinations. Case is pending.

SUNDAY, DECEMBER 11 At 4:18 p.m., Randy Mican met with a complianant at the Sheriff’s Office in reference to possible child abuse that occured in Sealy. I conducted an initial investigation and obtained photographs. The complainant was referred to the Sealy Police Department for further action. Case cleared by report.

TUESDAY, DECEMBER 13 At 8:54 p.m., Tyler Pavlicek was dispatched to Star Lane in Alleyton in reference to a family disturbance. After further investigation, James Munoz, 42 of Alleyton, was arrested for Assault Family Violence and Interfere with Request for Emergency Assiatance. Case cleared by arrest.

WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 14 At 2:37 p.m., Jeffery Argo met with a complainant at the Sheriff’s Office in regards to internet fraud. The suspect in this case is from another country (georgia). The case cleared by report.

At 2:21 p.m., Randy Mican was called to a structure fire on Fourth Street in Sheridan. The lone occuoant of the structure explained to me that he was playing around and lit a box on fire. The Sheridan Volunteer Fire Department put out the fire. Case cleared by report.
