On Wednesday, May 17, graduation exercises were held at St. Michael Catholic Church for the eighth-grade students of St. Michael Catholic School followed by a reception in the school cafeteria.
After the special Liturgy, Fr. Wayne Flagg, Pastor, assisted by Ms. Judy Roeder, principal, and Ms. Sarah Moore, eighth grade homeroom teacher, presented awards to the students.
Miss Emma Koeth and Mr. Hunter Shupak were named Mr. and Miss SMCS. This award is presented to the two students in the eighth grade that best epitomize our school’s mission statement: “To Be Friendly, Respectful, Responsible, and Christlike.”

On Thursday, May 18, St. Michael Catholic School held their closing ceremonies for pre-kindergarten and kindergarten classes. On Friday, May 19, SMCS held their closing mass and awards assembly for grades first to seventh. Awards were handed out for achievements throughout the year.
